1 WAARSCHUWING: SATELLIET TELEFOONS IN INDIA VERBODEN !!

De Indiase autoriteiten hebben alle Ambassades in India er op gewezen dat de import naar India en het gebruik van satelliettelefoons ten strengste verboden is. Indien men wordt betrapt op het gebruik van een satelliettelefoon, zal dit tot vervolging leiden, waarbij behalve een boete ook een gevangenisstraf tot maximaal drie jaar kan worden opgelegd. Bovendien wordt de telefoon in beslag genomen.

2 Visa information - Important notice

Getting visa to the Schengen countries via the Netherlands Embassy in New Delhi and Consulate General in Mumbai may take one month. Due to a sudden surge in applicants seeking visitor visas to the Schengen countries through the VFS-offices and via the Netherlands Embassy and the Consulate-General in Mumbai, it is recommended that the customers submit their visa applications at least one month in advance.
